German Vocal Group Vocaldente in Singapore

1st International A Cappella Festival*Germany's latest A Cappella stars, Vocaldente, winners of prestigious awardsand competitions in Europe (Ward Swingle Awards) and the USA (HarmonySweepstakes) are coming to Singapore for two exclusive nights of theirworldwide hit-programme "Let's Misbehave". Join them for an intimate, acoustic performance at The Arts House. With a rich and varied repertoirecovering more than 80 years, they entertain and delight their audience withsongs and pieces from the Comedian Harmonists to rock 'n' roll and ABBA, from the big 80s hits to the latest pop, always presented in the gloriously elaborate sound of five professionally educated voices. Their vocalimitations of rhythm and instruments, their self-written arrangements and the humourous entertainment sections complete the presentation, enlivened byself-ironic spoken interludes and sweeping dance choreography. And the five young singers don't even need a microphone for this. They reproduce the charm of the roaring twenties, the drive of the sixties and the modern radio sound without amplifiers. You have to hear it to believe it.

The 1st International A Cappella Festival is rounded off with two evenings with Singapore's own top A Cappella groups, Asian night featuring Juz B andnanu, Jazz night featuring Key Elements.
